Used Happy Shuttle for transportation to and from the Long Beach Cruise Terminal. Worked absolutely flawlessly. Wanted to add an update: We've been using Happy Shuttle for several years and I am happy to say the service has been flawless! We've used them for trips to and from various airports, cruise ship terminals and multiple medical appointments - always on time, great drivers and comfortable vehicles. We have several trips schedule for upcoming medical procedures and the peace-of-mind knowing we're going to be on time and have a relaxing ride after is so-o-o comforting. If you need to get from Point A to Point B in comfort and a smile on your face, Happy Shuttle is your answer! Happy Shuttle is ALWAYS great. From the moment we reach out to make an inquiry or a reservation, someone from their staff responds in a very timely manner and is always more than helpful. The drivers are always very professional, promptly on time (usually a few minutes early) and friendly. Our family has been using Happy Shuttle for years now, never disappointed. I was a bit selfishly hesitant in writing/posting this review --- but only because once everyone finds out how great Happy Shuttle is, others will reserve for their transportation needs and Happy Shuttle may not be available for us...LOL
