Used Happy Shuttle for transportation to and from the Long Beach Cruise Terminal. Worked absolutely flawlessly. Will definitely be using in the future...recommend this great service if you need to get to airports or cruise terminals. We've used them for trips to and from various airports, cruise ship terminals and multiple medical appointments - always on time, great drivers and comfortable vehicles. We have several trips schedule for upcoming medical procedures and the peace-of-mind knowing we're going to be on time and have a relaxing ride after is so-o-o comforting. Happy Shuttle is ALWAYS great. From the moment we reach out to make an inquiry or a reservation, someone from their staff responds in a very timely manner and is always more than helpful. The drivers are always very professional, promptly on time (usually a few minutes early) and friendly. Our family has been using Happy Shuttle for years now, never disappointed. I was a bit selfishly hesitant in writing/posting this review --- but only because once everyone finds out how great Happy Shuttle is, others will reserve for their transportation needs and Happy Shuttle may not be available for us...LOL
