Happy Shuttle is ALWAYS great. From the moment we reach out to make an inquiry or a reservation, someone from their staff responds in a very timely manner and is always more than helpful. The drivers are always very professional, promptly on time (usually a few minutes early) and friendly. Our family has been using Happy Shuttle for years now, never disappointed. I was a bit selfishly hesitant in writing/posting this review --- but only because once everyone finds out how great Happy Shuttle is, others will reserve for their transportation needs and Happy Shuttle may not be available for us...LOL
