Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement
1. *SMS Consent & Communication*
By entering your phone number in the booking form, you consent to receive SMS updates from Happy Shuttle regarding your booking and other customer support messages.
2. *Cancellation Policy and Charges:*
After confirming a booking, a non-refundable charge of 4% will be levied in the event of any cancellation. This charge is intended to cover the processing fee associated with credit card transactions.
3. *Late Cancellations:*
Customers who choose to cancel their reservation within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a charge equivalent to the full amount of the Total Fare. This policy is in place to account for the logistical preparations that have been made on our end.
4. *Flight Cancellations and Credit Usage:*
In the event of a flight cancellation, customers are provided with the option to utilize the credited amount for rebooking their ride at a later time. This credit ensures that unforeseen flight disruptions do not lead to financial loss on your end.
5. *No-Show Reservations:*
In situations where a reserved service is marked as a “No-Show,” the booking will be treated as null, and any refund request in such cases will not be considered eligible. This policy is designed to maintain fairness for both our customers and our operational schedule.
**Early Pick-up and Late Night Fee Schedule:**
**Morning Pick-up:**
– **Tier 4 (2:00 AM – 4:15 AM):** $30
– **Tier 3 (4:15 AM – 4:50 AM):** $30
– **Tier 2 (4:51 AM – 5:40 AM):** $20
– **Tier 5 (5:41 AM – 7:00 AM):** $10
**Late Night:**
– **Tier 1 (9:30 PM – 10:30 PM):** $10
– **Tier 2 (10:31 PM – 11:30 PM):** $20
– **Tier 3 (11:31 PM – 1:00 AM):** $30
