Cancellation and Refund Policy – Happy Shuttle
At Happy Shuttle, we take pride in providing professional and reliable transportation services. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all bookings:
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
•All cancellations initiated by the customer are non-refundable.
•The full amount paid will be credited toward a future booking with Happy Shuttle.
•Credits are valid for 12 months from the original service date and can be applied to any service of equal or greater value (rate difference will apply).
•No-shows are not eligible for credit or refund.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
•If Happy Shuttle cancels a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., mechanical issues, emergency situations), a full refund will be issued or a credit offered, at the customer’s discretion.
3. Rescheduling
•If you need to change the date or time of your ride, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer your credit to the new service date without penalty.
•Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee or loss of credit, depending on driver and vehicle availability.
4. Policy Disclosure
•This policy is presented at the time of booking, and by confirming a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms.
