We flew to LAX and needed rides for the entire weekend to get to and from hotels for a wedding we attended. Happy Shuttle was VERY responsive, fair pricing, and EXCELLENT communication with me for each ride we took. They let us know the driver's name and then the driver would text when they were on the way. We had mini vans that picked us up each time and there was plenty of room. I would HIGHLY recommend this company when in the LA area.

Our driver Turk was fantastic! My only complaint is sending me numerous text messages to meet the driver in departures due to construction. Poor guy was in arrivals where most people would meet a driver. All worked out.

I used Happy Shuttle for the first time to and from LAX and it was a very smooth experience. My drivers, Andy and Jonathan, were both on time, polite and drove safely. When I needed to add a second drop off location one day before my flight, Happy Shuttle helped me organize that without any issues. Jonathan was waiting at LAX and tracking our progress so closely he caught a photo of our plane landing. He was curbside within 5 minutes of us clearing customs. It was so nice not to have to navigate LAXit and waiting for an Uber after a long flight. Highly recommended using Happy Shuttle for any LAX group transport!
